The following terms and conditions apply between you, the User / Customer of this website (including any relative domains and virtual points-of-sale) and The Printed Arts.

Please carefully review all terms and conditions. By continuing use of this website and /or purchasing services; you explicitly agree to the terms and conditions set forth herein.

Terms of Sale

• All works offered for sale are expressly intended for sole purpose of artistic display in settings of the Customer’s own discretion. Works are not to be reproduced under any circumstance. Commercial resale is strictly prohibited.

• Orders are paid in full upon checkout. Checkout will auto-generate local tax rates registered to the destination zip code as well as shipping cost, tabulated to Customer total.

• All major credit cards and PayPal accepted.

Return Policy

• All sales of artwork are final. (Barring any unforeseen circumstances which may render physical items unusable for intended purposes of display ie: damage by courier via transit).

• Frames are not interchangeable after order. Customer may request to separately purchase an alternate framing option in the event of dissatisfaction with the frame option originally selected with ordered artwork.

• Purchased artwork may not be returned / exchanged in favor of an alternate art piece. Customer must carefully review all pieces of interest and all related options prior to order.

Shipping

• Shipping costs are auto-generated relative to the item shipping size and destination zip code.

• Tracking numbers will be provided to the Customer post order upon generation of shipping label and the item(s) marked as shipped.

• All framed prints are securely packaged and arrive fully assembled and ready-to-hang. Print-only orders may ship as flat-packed or tubed depending on the size of artwork ordered.

• Lead time to receipt of order is approximately 12-15 business days from time of shipping in consideration of item manufacturing time and courier logistics.

• All packages ship via UPS unless otherwise specified. FedEx may be alternatively utilized.

• Delays in shipping are not grounds for cancellation or refunds unless the ETA exceeds 7 days post the originally estimated lead time of 12-15 business days.

• The Printed Arts is a Small Business operation which may incur periodic delays in shipment.

• Shipping only within the Continental United States and Hawaii. International shipping must be arranged by the Customer. We will ship to any facility, port or otherwise specified address as rendered upon submittal of your order. For any special requests or to provide pertinent information / side marks with your order; please email info@theprintedarts.com, referencing your order number in providing any additional details as necessary.

• All artworks and photographic works as depicted in original nature, visual supplementation, words, gestures are the legally recognized and owned Intellectual Property of the artist Nigel Sylvester and business entity; The Printed Arts.

• All works for sale are to be used solely in accordance with the aforementioned terms of sale.

• All interiors and vignettes used for the figurative display purposes of artwork in true-to-life settings are the sole Intellectual Property and concepts of the original Designer(s), creative teams, photographers and affiliates as specified. For credits; please email info@theprintedarts.com

• You may not reproduce, modify, copy nor distribute for commercial purposes any of the artwork and photographic artworks as defined under Federal Intellectual Property laws , and as defined herein under Terms of Sale.

• All terms apply to all works both as displayed on the website in virtual form and as tangible goods received in physical form per Customer purchase.

• Any violation of intellectual property as established under Terms is subject to legal action

• You may not use this website in any way which may be considered harmful, unlawful, illegal, abusive, harassing, threatening or otherwise unintended or in breach of any applicable governing law, regulation or governmental order.

Disclaimer:

Each piece is carefully inspected and packaged prior to ship. All framed pieces arrive fully assembled and ready to be securely hung on your wall surface.

The Printed Arts accepts no liability for any adverse circumstances that may result from improper application / improper hanging / improper use of artwork.
